These two projects are schematic designs provided as architectural consulting to the Coninco Company in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Neoclassical architecture is now enjoying a strong revival in Vietnam in both residential and governmental building design because of its imposing, balanced, beautiful, and timeless qualities. It has been requested by the government as the official architectural style for these two projects.
